I love this water for my cats. We have hard water and it seems to cause UTI issues for them if they drink it. This helps with their urinary health. I will say delivery was hard on these, I used to buy these at PETCO, but no longer sold in stores so this is my first time ordering from amazon. The jugs were damaged, one leaked quite a bit of water and soaked the bottom of the box it came in. I can’t speak to amazon, but a refund or replacement option is viable if I send back the returns which is silly unless I completely drain the jugs.

My stage 4 kidney challenged 22-year old lioness is still going strong, thanks to lots of medication, subdural fluids AND this water. We noticed a difference in her hydration level and the condition of her fur when we switched from other bottled water and Brita filtered water. Yes, it costs soooo much to keep her water fountain well- supplied, but we feel the improvement in her health is worth it. Every little bit helps! I also use it when I make her dry freeze dried food into wet food and in some of her medications. Yes, she drinks more due to its taste, but I think the real plus is the reduction in mineral content that would interfere with her fragile urinary system ph balance. I buy both the small and large bottles - small for preparing her food, , etc,- big ( much easier) for filling the water fountain.

Had my doubts but my cat seriously loved this stuff. Chose it above other options. Definitely as good as advertised.

I use this because my cats have health problems one has urinary issues and the other kidney problems. This water is supposed to be better for them. My cat with urinary issues had blood in his urine and since he has been drinking this I notice that when he drinks enough water there is no blood so I got him a fountain in every room now with this water. It is expensive but cheaper than going to the vet every few months.

Helped my cat remove all her struvite bladder stones with eating a prescription diet. My water is high in Ph, copper and mg so I gave this a try.Not sure about the microplastics in it.I can’t find a report on that. I don’t know if this water is really legitimate.I can’t be sure if it was the diet and or the water that helped but all stones have been dissolved.I would definitely ask your veterinarian what urinary diet to use with this water.All my cats liked the taste.

My cats seem to like this water. I like it too, because it's mineral free, and one of my cats had urinary crystals. I am giving only 3 stars though, because the price keeps going up. Every time I order it (every few weeks), it is about 2 dollars more than the previous time.

My cat is 14 and suffers UTI issues but since I started giving him this water he’s had less episodes. I don’t know if the water is the reason but he really likes it and seems to want to drink more water than he did before and my other cat who’s ok loves the water too so I’m going to continue to buy it.
