This amazing signal light requires at least two additional accessories to function
This is a great addition to my n scale layout. I love it! Perhaps because I am a bonehead or almost 74, I cou not figure out why the 3-color signal track did not work, even as I thought I had followed Kato's instructions.For anyone who purchases this and is naïve like me, this is what I learned. In addition to the Automatic 3-Color Signal Track (20-605), before it will function properly, you will need, the following: Automatic Signal Power Supply (24-844), Accessory Adapter (24-829), and for larger layouts, a number of 3-Color Signal Extension Cords (24-845).It had not occurred to me that the Accessory Adapter (24-829) was absolutely essential, so when the signal light failed to show any activity, I assumed that the 3-Color Signal Track was defective. Hopefully, fellow boneheads will learn from my mistake.

SWEET!
Once I got it powered up and running a train over it, works as advertised. Going to have to buy some more.

This signal isvgood but be careful i had my first one broke on delivery so i had to return it to amazon and get my money back so then i ordered a second one and worked great.

a great product
Kato makes really good quality products. This signal system is one of them. Great addition to my layout. I will put another one out somewhere I like it so much. Adding another is less expensive because the power source has room for three of them. Requires a power unit and a snap on power connection on your Kato controller.

The three light signal was exactly as described. Nice addition to my model train setup.

Nice product
I installed three of these at a junction with cross overs . They work great, easy to install They look better than the unlighted dummy's available. The only draw back is they are a bit pricey.

製造上の不具合が有ります。
KATO ユニトラック用に購入しました。余計なセンサー等は不必要で電源を接続するだけ＊ユニトラックレールにセットしたり外したりを行って居る時に突然信号機が点灯不良になりました。＊原因：メーカー工場の配線のハンダ付け不良で電源が入らずでした。＊メーカーの出荷検査でケーブルのテストを行えば未然に防げたと思います。
