Works great, fairly easy to install as an alarm technician, makes it easier ans safer for my disabled mom to find out who's at the dior.

This phone does not connect to the internet so you do not have to worry about companies like Ring who spy on you. The video screen has a very clear image but I used my own larger diameter wire because the connecting wire sent with the phone is too short to be useful. The cord to the transformer is also far too short so plan on putting the receiver near an outlet. The product works perfectly and it is the best way to speak to someone at the door.

Basic video intercom, not overly complicated, simple and works well. I could not use the built in relay from the outside camera to power open the NO panic strike ( not enough amps ) so I just put in an automotive low draw 12vdc relay and connected it to the RTE input on the access control panel. I bought 3 of these. One installed in my tenants apartment. And 2 for me. I installed one on my first floor entrance and second in my second floor bedroom. Great monitor to monitor intercom from first floor to second floor. I did run new 4 conductor wire from my video doorbell to the monitor. Then i used a six wire conductor running from first floor to second floor monitor. Works great! Price is great too. Easy install for me. Im a skilled maintenance man.
