Works great, good price
This is the best multi-flash memory card reader, and it has a great price to boot. A memory card reader basically connects to your PC's USB port, and you can insert a flash memory card into the reader, just like you used to insert a floppy into a floppy drive. Then the flash memory shows up as an external drive on your Windows Explorer. The Zio accepts the following 10 formats:1.CompactFlash Type I2.CompactFlash Type II3.xD4.IBM Microdrive (really a CF II card)5.SmartMedia6.Memory Stick7.Magic Gate Memory Stick8.Memory Stick PRO9.MultiMediaCard10.Secure Digital (SD is the most popular format right now)I've used flash cards with up to 512MB with no problems, on an XP laptop.

Garbage Do not buy
I purchased this product blind. It started out difficult as there were no Vista Drivers on the website and had to go with Beta. They did not install well but finally worked. I had the product for a year and used multiple times and it was very quirky. After a significant vacation I went to download my pictures and it wiped out my disk. I lost all the pictures. I emailed support to get no response. After this I bought and HP wirless Photo Printer with slots for Digital Camera cards and all works better.Do not buy this product.

Cheap junk
It's very hard to get the Memory Stick out of this device. There's no push spring mechanism, and there's hardly any of the MS sticking out for you to grab it. Really cheap. After I bought it I realized that it doesn't accept Memory Stick Duo. My mistake for not being more attentive. Sony's new PSP takes Memory Stick Duo, so don't buy this if you own or plan to own a PSP.

Was not dazzled by this item, ended up reselling it on eBay at a loss after using it minimally. Out dated quickly

Junk, Junk, Junk, Junk & Terrible Support
Bought it to download pictures from an XD card I used at a marketing event. I took over 150 pictures of a 9 day event on a 1 GB card.Got back and realized that I had lost the USB cord for the camera, so I bought this card reader. Plugged in the memory card to the Dazzle reader, plugged in the reader to the computer, and the computer said the card needed to be "formatted" before it could be used. Since I couldn't afford to lose the pictures, I figured that I'd just wait until after my next trip...the next weekend...to download.Arriving in Miami for the next event, I turned on the camera, and the reader had ALSO screwed up my XD card so that now it wouldn't work in my camera because it isn't "initialized."Called the "customer support" and they said that I'll have to send it to a third party and pay to have my photos uploaded from the messed up card and the card reset!Stay FAR FAR away from this product! I lost one event's pictures and was unable to use my memory card for the next event because of this reader! Considering that I'm unwilling to pay to have my card fixed, I might just have to throw the card away.On top of it all, the customer service was uncaring and frankly rude (no apologies) about the situation, saying, effectively, that it was all my responsibility! Never again will I buy anything from this company!

Waste of Money
I used this card reader twice. I will never use it again! I would give it 0 or negative stars if I could!!The first time I used it, I was able to download my pictures and they appeared fine, but I didn't download all of my pictures from my card. I put the card back in my camera and the camera wanted to format it or shut off. I put the card back in the card reader and it didn't recognize the card. I lost those pictures. The second time I used it I put the card in the reader and downloaded two copies of my pictures (just in case). Half of those pictures are messed up, either the bottom portion of the picture is missing, or the bottom portion of the picture is skewed off center while the rest of the picture is fine. Almost immediatly after downloading the pictures my computer became unstable and I had to restart. Again when I put the card in the camera it wanted to reformat it.Don't waste your money and time with this junk!

Windows 98 Users Beware
The back of the package says it will run on Win 98 if you download the driver. Don't believe it. The unfriendly tech person at Ziocorp confirmed that it is not supported on my version of 98 and that I would have to return it or upgrade my system. No apology for the misleading packaging and the hassle I'm now faced with. The 8 in 1's that I bought last year worked just fine with the downloaded driver on my same 98 system so I was expecting the same experience. However, the 10 in 1 did work as expected when we plugged it into my nephew's XP. So again, you dinosaur users should stay away.
