These peanuts arrived in a vacuum-sealed bag that 'hissed' when I opened it, and they appeared to be high-quality and fresh. I bought them for the yard squirrels, and apparently these peanuts are enthusiastically recommended by them. On a plate full of squirrel treats, these peanuts were the first things to go. The squirrels didn't even hoard them; they stopped to unshell and eat them immediately. Edit: I've been using these peanuts in two squirrel feeders the past few days, and every single morning there's not one nut left in either one. They push the corn and sunflower seeds out of the way to get to all of them. I will definitely purchase these again. And soon, from the looks of it.

The squirrels started coming to the back patio hanging with the cats expecting a meal. We felt guilty so we bought these peanuts to offer them something as well. The entire neighborhood feeds the squirrels peanuts but I was worried about the cats attacking them which they don’t and they actually play together.The squirrels love these, my husband sometimes even eats them, though they aren’t salted and I’m not 100 he should but he likes them 😂Great value and approved by all!

The media could not be loaded. I use the daily to feed our wild squirrels and BlueJays. They love them and wait everyday for us to put them out for them. The animals love the taste, quality, size, dry, and not stale.

These arrived on time and I swear they gave me more than 10 pounds. Four stars because I feel like the peanuts didn't look quite as fresh as the ones I bought at a bird seed supply store. They didn't look AWFUL, just several were dark brown and broken. But I think the squirrels and blue jays probably don't mind. I would order these again if I was almost out and couldn't get to my bird supply store in time.

Nicely packaged. Upon inspection and washing, I think I only had to throw out a total of 3 - 4 peanuts.They were also a nice size: large but not comically jumbo as they can sometimes be. For all intents and purposes, the appearance on these was spot on, clean, uniform in color, and didn't give me any pause.Using the standard 1/2 cup of kosher salt plus 3 tablespoon of adjunct seasoning in 10 cups of water for a pound of these peanuts, was able to bang these in the pressure cooker for 75 minutes on high with natural release for a nice consistency. End product had a pleasant taste where just the right amount of salt was absorbed, but I know that's more of a subjective statement.

Good stuff. About to purchase some more for area wildlife.

Buy these if you want to initiate an infestation of pantry moths in your house! Seriously… made the mistake of opening these inside, moths came shooting out of the bag like confetti. Over a month later and we are still battling a moth infestation.Only buy if you can store outside and away from your house.
