Great product but assembly is a pain. Would pay someone else to put it together.

The product is attractive, comfortable, and appears to be durable. We had a problem during assembly with one of the parts. Customer service promptly sent a replacement. There are two types of washers in the hardware package. They are packaged together. The washer with the larger hole needs to be used only with the bolt on the furniture's feet.

Bought this set for my girlfriends for her birthday. 3 months later and the couch is broke. What support it does have is bent. We can no longer sit on the couch. Unable to reach out to seller.UPDATE!!!! The seller has contated me and we are working on a resolution. More to come soon :)

This is a high quality furniture set for the price point. My boyfriend and I were able to assemble in about two hours. The instructions were just pictures and none of the hardware was sorted, but once you make piles and figure out which screw goes where the assembly goes very quickly.I would have given this 5 stars; however, the last ottoman we put together is lopsided. I am not sure if it was a user error by us tightening the screws improperly or if it is the ottoman itself. But 4 out of 5 pieces of furniture were flawless, we will deal with the shaky ottoman and definitely enjoy this set for years to come!

UPDDATE:First of all, be aware that you may not get everything in one shipment. Apparently FedEx does this.Once we got it all we put it together which is easy but a pain. The set feels very sturdy and looks beautiful. Only real complaint is they send small squares of Velcro to attach the cushions to the ottomans, unfortunately they don’t stick to the furniture. You need to use carpet tape or some sort of epoxy to stick the Velcro to the furniture and the other squat to the cushion. The cushions are comfortable and made well. So far we are all very happy with this set.Received our order but only one box? Do they come separate? Do we get another shipping number??? Concerned because my order says “completed”. Didn’t get my complete order. Can’t give an accurate review if I don’t have the entire order. Wondering why I did not receive everything which makes no sense since most companies will mark multiple boxes 1 of 2 and so on. If and when I receive the rest of my order I will update this review.
