I needed something with actual dividers for a lesson for kids with hands on activity. I was bummed when I received that the divider is one dimensional, not raised.

My kids had the little ones when they were younger, but as they got older, they needed slightly larger portions and it was a guessing game! I don't feel anyone should feel "stupid" for using these plates, it just makes sense, especially if you have special needs children! This is a fun way for the entire family to get involved in daily meals! And once they master portion size, you can always donate them! :) They are definitely durable! We have lots of accidental drops, and these are holding up nicely. I wash by hand, so I'm not sure if they're durable in a dishwasher, and I don't microwave with them.

These plates have been wonderful, they really help me with portion control. If you need help with that then these are a must have. They are very durable, they go in the dishwasher, they are really nice.

I have always had a hard time with portion control. I am optimistic this will help me.
