I have a 23inch in diamater head will it fit my head?

I'm sure it would fit you. The band is made of elastic. It fits my head (22 in.) and my son's head which is larger than mine. It's a fun hat. His Grandma wants one to wear to ballgames on sunny days.

Can this be attached to a safety hat?
