Great machine.
I have small business and have recently got a few bad 100 dollar bills. I had tested them with the counterfeit bill detector pen and it failed to pick them up. I bought this machine and it is better than advertised. I have tested it extensively and it has picked up the bad bills everytime . It couldn't be easier to use. Also the support is exceptional. I had a question about charging so I emailed the company on saturday and received a detailed response within an hour. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Good product
It is a good product but they don't specify clearly in the manual that the banknote must be inserted to the right side of the feeder. If you insert to the left, all us banknotes return an error code.I was thinking the device was broken until reviewed the amazon video attached.

Its not accurate
When checking bills it keeps rejecting bills and after three to four trials the same bill passes through .Its takes time to keep checking bills and having it rejected over and over and then it passes . if the bill is a little crumble it rejects it . If the bill slides a little to the left it rejects the bill. Old bills takes several trials before it accepts it .

The media could not be loaded. It can only scan ONE bill at a time.Also you have to make sure you're inserting it on the right corner or else it won't read it correctly.I thought this would be cool but overall I'm not impressed.

UK Amazon item doesn't come with GBP currency selection!
Unit arrived and was tested straightaway, but on turning on NO GBP currency was available as per the advertised description, and no way of changing it was given. I have emailed the company (which I can even find on the web) to see if a firmware or software upgrade is available to download and install but being sold in the UK youd have thought it would come pre-installed.... I shall await a reply or send back for a refund.
