I've been taking these with magnesium and calcium for about 2 weeks and only great things have happened. I'm a MAT patient from r 3 yrs and it causes vitamin deficiencies that were never told to me. When I started treatment my bones started hurting,but I thought it was me just feeling things I hadn't felt from being under the influence. Then for the past 8 months my hair started thinning and the shedding was getting bad. Come to find out it's the methadone! Not only can it make it hair follicles go dormant,it also stops u from absorbing vitamins and minerals. So I ordered these along with vitb complex with vitamin C and magnesium from Bronson! Within 2 weeks my shedding has dramatically decreased! I feel better at all around. My bones have stopped aching and my carpal tunnel has subsided. These are great quality and do not make me nauseous. I take the Vitamin B complex on an empty stomach and the rest together at night. Now I did get a separate calcium supplement from another company. I did alot of research and found everything I need to stay healthy, and this vitamin was on that list. I just started taking it 3 weeks ago, and let's be real, it's not some cure all, but they say I need it. I'll be back with my full review in a few months. >REMEMBER< Staying consistent, taking daily for a few months is key for any results to happen. I've been taking Supplements: 1) BRONSON product Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) plus Vitamin Vitamin K2 (as MK 7) to complement "Magnesium Glycinate and Magnesium Citrate." In addition, I take PURE product Vitamin B6 (as P5P). All made in USA, LAB tested and certified by GMP. It sounds complicated, but I learned thru a few researches indicating that "Magnesium Glycinate," "L-Theanine" and "Magnesium Citrate" works best to activate the efficacy of the products with the above mentioned Vitamin supplements and WITH MEAL, 2 hours before bedtime, 1 tablet each." I still wake up several times, but am able to go back to sleep.

I like that the D3 came in 10,000 IU plus the K2 helps metabolize the D3. The size and capsules are easy to swallow, too.
