This is a must have for anyone with a car that does not have wheel studs on the rotors. It makes it soo much easier to mount your tires. Just screw it in where one of the wheel bolts would go and hang your tire on it to align the holes and screw the rest of the bolt in, remove this and add the last bolt and you're done.

Works well with 2006 Mini Cooper S
My used 2006 Mini Cooper S didn't come with one, which made it very difficult to mount the wheel on the side of a road, or anywhere really. I'd probably get two of these to make it even easier to mount the wheel, but one does the trick.
