Best Naturals L-Tryptophan 500mg 120 Capsules - tryptophan Supplements for Natural Way to get Good Night Sleep

This stuff is brilliant. I'm a very poor sleeper and have tried numerous sleep aids all to no effect. However, for me this works nearly as well as Valium or Lorazepam. I take 2 L-Troptophan each morning with various other supplements and am sleeping better than I have for many years. I tried taking one in the morning and one before bedtime but for some reason it seemed to have a counter effect. I was wakeful and jittery. Went bac t taking two each morning and back came the regular sleep. I wouldn't be without it now.

I have used this to help me sleep. I have had years of bad sleep and have been experimenting with various supplements to overcome this. I have found taking this during the day or early evening to be very effective in treating my insomnia. I have found that taking it too close to bedtime to be counterproductive.

After having suffered from depression, anxiety and insomnia for a number of years I find these really help me to both sleep at night, and help with my general mood upon waking, to the extent that I'm starting to remember what it feels like to be normal. I can't comment on whether these are better than any other brand, but if you suffer from anxiety and/or insomnia trying an L-Tryptophan supplement is definitely worth a go. Why don't doctors tell you about it?

I don’t think this is legit. I took these and it made me feel the opposite- I couldn’t sleep. The supplement didn’t come sealed neither which you could never trust what’s been placed in there. I’ve used Vegavero brand instead and a complete different experience. The tablets I received with this supplier were completely oversized. When I purchased Vegavero it came completely sealed and seem legit.
