Expensive product for poor quality- stopped working in less than 6 months.
This was a really expensive straightener and it did not last 6 months. The digital controls stopped working an it will no longer heat up. I have owned several CHI straighteners prior to this one and they have all lasted several years. Very disappointed in product quality for the price.

The flat iron itself just feels cheaply made and it's harder to curl hair with it.

I would've given this iron a 5 star rating based on the results it gives. But, I got this iron for my birthday 4/28, and less than 3 months later it is already not working! The iron turns on, and immediately shows an error message! And since it's a birthday gift, I don't know if it's possible for a return after this long! It makes me so unhappy that we pay so much for a product that only lasts such a short time! Quality is not there for this product. I used a Solia iron for 2+ years until it gave out, and cannot find the same iron. I now have to search for another hair iron that will last longer than a year! Wish me luck.
