find these only absorbant enough for night time rush to loo to catch a few drips and during day also.find they would not absorb a whole wee which thank god at present have had no full accidents. I suffer from over sensitive bladder and urge incontinence. Have to find loo quickly when I get urge. These pads give me a bit of confidence at night and out and about, in that they will prevent urine from getting on my underwear and clothes. Can buy in bulk so you are never without. Good value online. Not perfumed which I like as other products have a strong perfumy smell as soon as they are damp/wet which is noticeable to others which is embarrassing. These project no detectable smell.

I love the fit of these pants, they are a better fit than some of the more expensive ones I’ve tried. I take size 18 trousers. I like the fact that they are not perfumed and don’t cause a reaction. They are not quite as discreet under trousers as the more expensive ones, but still acceptable. The thing I don’t like is that unlike the more expensive ones they are more bulky even after a small accident, the filling is cotton wool, and you feel uncomfortable. This means changing after even a small leak and therefore more pants used throughout the day.

I have a real bad bladder & these have dealt with it perfectly. They feel real comfortable to wear compared to the more expensive brands& the size is perfect for me (Size 18, Weight: 110kg). They are also great value for money compared to the more expensive brandsThe cotton like feeling is great, as others feel almost like paper & can hold more than you think, so are a very good protection lvl. They're also the right thickness as some can feel to bulky or even to flimsy

Je le conseille fortement pour les mamans qui vont accoucher ! J'ai accouché il y a 5 semaine, Ça change la vie ! Hyper confortable, très très absorbant. Ne sert pas les cuisses ou hanches. J'ai pris une taille L faisant du M pour un confort optimal. Jetable. Bref, aux futurs mamans, pour votre hygiène et confort je le conseille pour votre sac maternité. Vus éviterez les filet et grosses serviettes fournis à l'hôpital.Pour un retour à la maison pareil : pas gênant pour dormir, pas d'odeur de sang ni d'urine quand petites fuites. N'entrave pas les mouvements
