Got rid of my bloating
I am so happy to have bought this probiotic. It has really helped my GI system. I used be bloated all the time, this has helped minimize that. I would suggest starting off slow, I began by taking it twice a day and by the 3rd day I was nauseous and vomited. I should have known better! I then, cut it down to once a day and after a good 2 weeks of consistently taking it with food, I was able to bump it back up to twice a day without any problems. I am very happy with this product.
