I have various things and have been using support stockings that come up right below my knee, I found these on Amazon, and they are thigh high, which is really what I need but I had my death about them, staying up without having to glue them.I have to say I was pleasantly surprised this is the third day I have been wearing them and they are absolutely wonderful.I can’t believe how they stay up without glue and stay in place but they do also, they help my legs tremendously , I hope they stop making them. These are great..I am 5’,5” tall and weigh 175 and I ordered the size 6 and they are a very good fit.

Recently I had a vein ablation and phlebectomy and ordered these compression socks for my post procedure care! I was super impressed by the quality of the material. So happy they fit to size as described in the sizing chart. For anyone who has worn compression garments of any kind you know that there is really no way to put them on easy. I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the material really assisted in getting on the thigh highs. I will continue to purchase mediven brand for all my compression needs

Second time ordering, first time there was no problem. This time, I ordered my size, IV petite, and was happy to see that they were on sale for nearly $40 off. I received size III Regular. Tried them on twice to see if they would do, and they were just too tight and too long. I had to contact Amazon customer support to try to get a replacement and was told that I would have to send back and reorder instead of getting a simple replacement of the correct size. Well, of course the correct size had gone off sale and I was now going to be charged nearly $100 instead of $60-some for what I ordered. I told Amazon about this and they said the seller told them my size was out of stock so they couldn’t do the exchange, which was a lie because they were still listed for sale in that size. I will never order from this seller again, too bad because I get a new pair about every 6 months, they could have had a long term customer had they handled this properly. I didn’t want anything extra, I just wanted the size I ordered for the price I originally paid.Side note, the compression socks themselves are wonderful, I can’t work at my job without them. They are a godsend for relieving my varicose vein symptoms. Highly recommend the compression socks, just find a different seller.

Mediven plus open toe thigh-high stockings offer significant compression, are easy to put on, stay in place on your thigh and last longer than most compression hose. However the material is warmer to wear than Mediven comfort. The other negative to me is that the foot even in the smallest size offered is too long. Apparently you are expected to wear the stockings pulled up over the ball of your foot and little toe. Over time the band around the top slides down, bunches up around your arch and is painful.

I like how these support socks feel and stay up...they do seem extra "tight" and non-giving to get them on....and off.

I've had ablation surgery three times now on my legs and these are amazing. I have to wait almost two weeks to get an order through my insurance for these. So I decided to get info from med. Supply store and found them here. They actually stay up with no problem on me unlike other prescription brands from Dr. I highly recommend them and get measured correctly before ordering. Great product and worth the money. Less frustration of constantly pulling other ones up...

I got these to use during pregnancy as I got some varicose veins. They definitely helped alleviate pain and appearance. Still wearing them at a week postpartum and hoping these veins go away like they did last time!
