The ink works great in my printer, last for a long time

I ordered this ink as a back up. My black ink from my last package (different company) is still good. I ordered the 951 XL Cyan, Yellow and Magenta only. I needed to print out an important document which I was unable to do with this ink. I have been buying off brand HP ink for years. I have never had a problem loading or getting the ink to work after pushing reset. This ink came with a plastic covering over the ink. It said to remove the plastic covering. The plastic film over the ink is glued into the ink jet. It is almost impossible to remove per instructions here. No instructions came with package. I tried to remove the film with my finger. The plastic film would not come off. It started shredding in little pieces. I gave up removing the plastic film. I tried to put the ink into my 8610 printer and it said printer failure over and over again. I am sending this ink back. I will be ordering from another company.

Huge amount of money saved with this. Could not believe how much they were charging for the "official" cartridges. And these work just fine. No difference in the color quality so far

HP Officejet Pro 276dw:Says there is an error with the printer or ink when we put these cartridges in (and not the one you get when it is a weird ink like this that can be easily bypassed. The screen doesn’t respond and it says to shut down or contact hp. When we put the old ink (which is also not official), the error goes away.*Dec. 29th, ‘23 Update, they sent us another set of ink and it still didn’t work. Talked to my local Office Depot and they think it could be the printer head that needs to be replaced—so going to try and repair that in the next 2 or 3 months and will report back.*Dec. 31st, ‘23 Update, we are getting a refund, increasing rating to ***** for great customer service. If I were to do this over, I'd have tested the ink when it first arrived so we could have returned within the 30 day window and not caused such a hassle. We're still planning to try and repair the printer, and will report back if we are successful. The TLDR, if you're printer hasn't been used in awhile, the old ink may have dried out in the printer head and may need to be cleaned or replaced. Hope this helps!

Saved us from needing to replace our HP printer. Cartridges worked perfectly right our of the box.

Ratings can be tricky and on the one hand, value would get 5 stars BUT of the 3 cartridges the Magenta isn't Magenta but rather some other color... blue is what's coming out of the printer. So that bumps the value down? And while the other 2 are working fine, since this one isn't, that too bumps the "print quality" down? Longevity... the other 2 cartridges are holding up fine and delivering the proper mix of colors. UPDATE: I bought another off-brand competitor and I'm having the same problem... magenta prints blue/green. Is it the cartridges or my printer? Only HP knows the answer! I'm ordering an OEM HP Magenta and we'll see what happens... it's an HP8600.

Perfect fit, easy installation. There is a warning about using non-HP ink but seems to work. The inkjet I have is so old, the HP ink is more than the printer!

The blue did not work.. says damaged.when put in the printer. the other colors did work...but you get what you pay for

Product not compatible with our printer. Hp support said there was nothing they could offer to help. No start up cartridges to fool the printer to accept the replacement (non-Hp replacement) as suggested in the installation information from Miss Deer Compatible Ink.
