The cover is just thick and soft enough to cover the balanced beam, no need for extra cover on it. Has survived the use by children for a week now with no signs of damage. Looks great!

Bought this to add some protection on a dinghy, and it sticks well. However, when compared to ProGrip, it's not as tough, so probably a false economy. But for what it is, fine so far so four stars.

Good product exactly as described

Good adhesion. Nice and firm. Ideal for what I require.

Backing paper on this product, does not remove in one piece. Even if gently heated. It rips into pieces and is not easy to remove.By the time you pick of all the pieces. The stickiness is ruined. Would not recommend this product at all all. Poor quality!

The foam itself is good quality, however the paper on the back was extremely difficult and time consuming to remove, because it kept ripping off in tiny pieces. It was either an old sock or poor quality. Needs improvement, a bit disappointed.

The description of the article omits an important detail: it has a very strong smell of solvents, likely aromatic ones. I doubt that it conforms to the european norms in this respect. And even in case it does, the presence of solvents should be declared on the package and in the article description, with the usual standard safety signs. It should be made clear that it is not suitable for children and that it should be used only in a well ventilated place. I am not returning the article only because I urgently need it to complete some urgent work. However, I had to evaporate the solvents by heating it outdoor in order to remove the solvent odour.
