Murray's Super Light - Orange/Black 3 oz. (Pack of 2)

It is hard to find this oil in my area, so it’s nice to be able to find this. It’s a nice light hair oil.

My husband uses this daily to style his hair (he has short hair and sweeps it all over to one side) and really likes it. It smells really nice and doesn't make your hair super stiff. The consistency of the product resembles that of Vaseline. My husband frequently goes to sleep with this still in his hair and his hair will largely stay intact. He does note that he has to shampoo his hair twice before he feels like he has fully washed the pomade out of his hair (which isn't really a big deal since his hair is so short).

Holds the hair literally all day without getting crusty

Much easier to put in than original Murray's. It stays relatively flexible throughout the day, giving a soft hold for styling and beating frizz. Better look and feel than using a gel or putty, cheaper than most pomades. Can vary the amount of hold and shine by using more or less. Be aware that I'm a white guy who uses this instead of gel to style my very thick hair, so your mileage may vary with other types of hair.

Nice scent, but will take a star off cause it’s a bit greasy. It does work well on longer hair, and is simple to use. Rub on hands, put on hair…you will need to wash your hands afterwards

Murry's pomade is the best for an old school, short hair look. It's thick natural in the jar and gives a crew cut the spike and shin I want. Works on long hair as well for an excellent slick back hairdo style.

This pomade is the best of all the rest. It's super light as it says & it only takes a bit rubbed in ure hair. Not super greasy like they all feel either. I just rub this on my wet hair, brush it in & put on my wave cap. By morning mine r popping. May not happen overnight 4 a lot of u but that depends on ure hair texture. Ure waves will eventually come in just b consistent w brushing & taking care of it.

This stuff is the best! It is lighter than the original version. I just wish it was a bit cheaper, it used to be $2.58 at Walmart, now only available on line at ridiculous price!
