Starrett center punch review: this is a good old school center punch ! I’m a tool aficionado/snob. I’ve used tools my whole working life and since I’ve been a child. I’m familiar with and have Starrett tools and will continue to use them because you can’t go wrong :) I will be buying their automatic center punch. Check it out if you already have a conventional center punch.

Great Tools - Pity About the Pouch
Tools are top notch and worth the painful price. Case is awful - arrived split and not much use - why bother to include a case if it is of no use ?Deducted 1 star for the case

Compact size, excellent results!
I keep this punch tucked in my box of Dewalt drill bits and have used it a couple times with excellent results. The tip remains sharp and hardened and accommodates my metal drilling needs. Recommended!
