It works well and does what it says. Easy to put together and clean. It would be better if it had more space at the side in order to empty the water. When pressed the tofu spreads and takes all the surface space. So when tried to pour the water, the water touched the tofu again

Gone are the days of finding something to put on top of my tofu to press out the liquid. This little item is wonderful. Easy to use, and easy clean... with nothing to break on it. It does a fabulous job of pressing the tofu which fits perfectly into it. I'm a very happy customer of this product!!! This, and then into my air fryer, with some sauce to go over it... ahhhh....

Util y práctico para prensar y escurrir el tofu, cuenta con 2 niveles de fuerza para el prensado, solo recomiendo probar ambos niveles para que no se haga pedazos el tofu ya que la firmeza depende mucho de la marca

A must-have for anyone who wants to add tofu to their regular menu roster. Presses tofu beautifully, easy to use, easy to drain, easy to clean, durable. It's advertised as being for firm or extra-firm tofu, but I use it regularly for medium firm as well, and it works like a charm. I use mine several times a week, and I've never had a problem with preparing and cooking tofu since I got it. Very happy.

Before this tofu press, I bought another one that claimed to be dishwasher safe, but the plastic bent after two times in the dishwasher so I sent it back. This tofu press was in the dishwasher a lot already and it still looks brand new. It also does what it is supposed to do, so I'm happy with the product.

Ich hab die Presse gleich mal ausprobiert nachdem sie ankam. Sie funktioniert wunderbar und macht auch den Eindruck dass sie das noch lange durchhält. Der Druck wird durch eine starke Stahlfeder ausgeübt und nach recht kurzer Zeit ist der Tofu ausgepresst. Ich hab es erst einmal mit einem handelsüblichen 200-Gramm-Stück vom Aldi ausprobiert (es passen auch zwei rein). Der Unterschied beim Anbraten des zerkleinerten Tofus war enorm. Ich hab erst mal vermutet dass irgendetwas kaputt wäre weil das übliche Spritzen, selbst auf höchster Stufe am Herd, ausblieb. Aber es war ja auch das erste Mal dass ich den Tofu gepresst hatte. Aber dann war klar dass es daran lag dass er trockener war.Also: alles wie beschrieben 👍🏻Ach ja, ich habe mir bewusst ein Gerät mit Stahlfeder gekauft. Bei den Geräten, bei denen der Druck über Gummizug erzeugt wird, hab ich den Verdacht dass eben dieser Gummi nicht so lange hält. Und bei denen mit Schrauben muss man nach einer Weile dieselben nachziehen, das heißt ein Schritt mehr den man machen muss, vielleicht sogar mehrmals.
