How easy is it to remove from the wall after long time?

Pro tip: use a blow dryer or heat gun to heat up the tape and it will come right off the wall without leaving a mark. I've used this method many times in the past to great success.

Is this a two piece system? Does the top come off

Yes it is. The bottom piece has sticky back tape on it to mount to the surface, and the top half is removable for cable access.

Can this be used for textured walls?

If you're concerned about gaps because of the textured walls, run a thin bead of caulk where the raceway meets the wall. That will easily fill in the gaps and make it visually pleasing to the eye.
