It is a liquid product that has no scent and is good for sensitive skin. Comes in a glass bottle with a dropper. It is a wonderful product to add to your skincare routine, especially during fall-winter. The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the bottle and on the bottom of the Urang box but it is obscured by the Amazon label.Urang Cica Soothing Ampoule was packaged adequately but not perfectly. I bought 2 ampoule bottles and I assume they came in its original packaging (dropper in a ziplock bag & the ampoule bottle capped) but the flaps on the bottom of each Urang boxes were opened (not taped) & 1 bottle almost fell out! Amz shipped them in a paper bag instead of a small box. Beware they may break during shipping.

first of all, the ingredients are perfect ; this ampule would score 5/5 on beautypedia, which is a 3rd party source with a comprehensive ingredient index (Don't Go to the Beauty Counter Without Me was a makeup and skincare encyclopedia. the online version can be updated consistently, and it's an amazing, unbiased resource that's easy to use and everyone should know about)... Urang doesn't have an expert review, but with the ingredient index, figuring out how an expert would rate a product is simple and easy.They would mention that this needs to be kept in the dark because the bottle isn't opaque and won't protect unstable antioxidants from light.The only reason why I knocked a star off is b/c Centella is the star ingredient, and there are a lot of 5 star centella to toners/essences and ampules that are a fraction of the price. I do buy their brightening blue serum at least once a month because it is worth it. I bought this one as a treat for my birthday and I do love it.

The focus ingredients in this near odorless water-gel serum formula is 75.8% Centella Asiatica water, extract, and madecassoside (the active element in centella asiatica). These are intended to be soothing and calming to the skin, which they are.Overall, the ingredient list is short and sweet and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive. I’ve used several different kinds of “cica” serums, and this is one of the nicer ones given its lightweight use and feel, lack of scent, and how well it absorbs into the skin and plays with my other skincare.When to use: Can be used AM and PM. Wash, tone (if you are into that), then apply your essences, serums, and ampoules. I understand the terms can be confusing and are often used interchangeably, even though they each do have their own meaning in Korean skincare: “essences,” “serums,” and “ampoules.” For ease, let us simply say apply your products here based on the weight of your water-based topical. If you aren’t intended to layer on several different potions, than you would simply wash and tone, take a few drops of this Urange ampoule and gently pat it into your face. Can be used on neck and near the delicate skin around eyes. Suitable for acne-prone skin too, as again, centella is a soothing, calming anti-inflammatory ingredient. Then you follow up with your moisturizer and SPF in the daytime.This is gentle, non-irritating, with no added fragrance, no discernible natural scent I can detect, colorless, water-gel like, cooling, and lightweight. It is what I consider a no-frills serum, simply because it doesn’t have BHAs or AHAs. This is not an exfoliant. But it does have powerhouse soothing abilities and is wonderful for healing and maintaining the moisture barrier of the skin.

This feels very watery and refreshing. IT absorbs well, and is great before or after toner. It has a very strong tiger grass smell which smells kinda lemony and herbaly. I use it when I have active breakouts and don't want to use a heavy moisturizer in combination with acne spot treatments. Overall, I would recommend this product. It is very nice quality.

This ampoule/serum feels so lightweight and gentle on the skin. When you apply on your skin it feels smooth and soft. It was so easy to spread and just gave my skin that smooth and bouncy feeling. At first I was worried it would have dimethicone because it had the same sensation of skincare products that have that ingredient, but after looking at the ingredients, I am glad it does not! In fact, it consists of 99% natural ingredients. I had a little breakout area on my skin that is just about to heal so I didn’t want to irritate it with lotions and potions. I decided to skip the moisturizer on that area and just use this on that portion of the skin. It felt so gentle yet moisturized on troubled skin. I did not feel any stinging. This product does not have any scent to it. It has a dropper style for application, which is sanitary for daily use. Overall this product checks all the boxes for me and gets 5 stars.

A gentle serum that acts as a barrier for the skin. It shrinks pores and seems to help control oil production by allowing just the right amount to be produced to keep skin healthy. Almost like a thin clear layer coated over the skin to protect it from environmental conditions. No oiliness or tackiness leftovers to bother with. Will take other skincare products and make-up afterwards without any problem.This clear liquid comes in beautiful light blue bottle with a glass dropper. Easy to dispense over the face. Makes skin look and feel healthy and holds up throughout the day. Good for all skin types and I believe especially for sensitive skin.
