Best seasonal defense I have found so far
This is a repeat purchase. FOr those of you new to moth control, here's a bit of background: I live in a condo and it seems that one, or more, of my new-ish neighbors brought wool moths with them. These guys made their way into other apartments. Until recent years, I never had to deal with wool moths. They are relentless breeders!By the time I discovered them in my place, I had to have my antique wool rug incenerated. The 'colony' had taken up residence under my china cabinet along the back wall and been happily breeding & chewing their way though about a square foot of my 10 x 12 precious rug.Removing the rug was a chore since the 8 x 5 cabinet needed to be emptied and moved to get at the moths. I had professional help to treat and lift the rug but some of of the moths escaped and took up residence in my winter closet, beginning to settle into my wools.Enter camphor and cedar. Unlike regular mothballs of all-camphor, these lvender scented packets do not last long. I am already accustomed to refreshing my cedar each season so buying replacements on these lavender-camphor packs every season is a small price to pay for mitigating the camphor smell of the pure camphor balls and still controlling wool moth infestations. So, I use these lavender-camphor packets in the clothing storage closet (seasonal switchouts) and in my main clothing closet in the home. The odor is not offensive in the living space and I can barely smell the camphor in my closet - the lavender is the top aroma note when the closet is opened. The wool moths have been - mostly - deterred and along with my cedar oil and cedar planks in my coat closet, the infestation of those fast-flying moths have been vastly reduced.Eliminating wool moths is a huge problem given that the whole building would need to be treated with awful chemicals regularily as people move in and out. So, this lavender-camphor and the cedar treatments are my seasonal thing now and the best alternative to any other method of wool-moth control I have found so far.Note: I have emptied and sterilized every closet, drawer and under-bed storage I have but am still chasing one or two moths each 6 - 8 weeks. (A water mister knocks them out of their flight and they are easy to pick up with a tissue.) And, then, there's a rare moth corpse in a decorative appointment when I do my weekly dusting. I do notice that these moths are about half the size and much slower than their ancestors who moved in a few years back. Is it possible that the combination of the cedar planks - cedar oil and the lavender-camphor in the closets have affected their breeding and their genetics? Not a chemist, but maybe someone can enlighten a layperson.

Kills larvae, and odor goes away after a half-hour airing.
The odor is mostly of regular moth balls but with a lavender scent in the background. I recommend taking the article of clothing out of the cedar chest, drawer, or closet a half-hour before wearing it. I recommend that tops, sweaters, and dresses be put on a hanger in a well-ventilated room; pants, trousers, skirts, and jeans should be treated in the same manner as the aforementioned tops, sweaters, and dresses. The Enoz packagestates that there will be no lingering odor, and I've found the promise to be true. Most of the odor is gone within 10 minutes; however, figure that a half-hour airing out will be best. I'd inherited my mother's cedar chest, so after I cleaned it, I placed my cashmere sweaters and other clothing into it. When I reached in for a sweater no more than 2 weeks after I'd placed it in the chest, I discovered that the sweater, along with several other items, had many holes in them! I took everything out of the chest and examined each item. Luckily, most of the items could be repaired; a few had one- to 2-inch holes that rendered them unrepairable and unwearable. I did not want to place my clothes back into the cedar chest, but I had no other place in which to keep them. My former sister-in-law ( my husband, her brother, passed away) suggested Enoz' lavender-scented moth ball packets. I put an entire package of them into the cedar chest for several weeks, and I saw a few dead larvae at the end of that time period. I exchanged the nearly-empty packs of lavender moth balls for new ones, and let them stay for another 3 weeks. I saw no larvae, so I took the packets out of there. I placed a few packets on the bottom of the chest and placed a part of an old, thin, unusable bedsheet over top of them, then began to place two layers of my clothing on top of the sheet. I got another sheet and put 3 moth ball packets on top of it. Another sheet was put over the moth balls, and then 2 more layers of clothing over that. I continued this process until the chest was full. I checked my clothes and moth balls each week for one month. No more larvae and no more clothing holes!! At the end of each month, I remove the empty or nearly-empty packets of lavender-scented moth balls, and replace them again as I'd done the first time. I also put the clothes on the bottom of the chest on the top, and rearranged the remaining layers accordingly. After 6 months, I've discovered that these moth balls will last for 2 months. The packets WILL be completely empty in 7 to 9 weeks of being in the chest. I've gotten a new set of drawers into which I place two to 6 packets of moth balls (4 drawers are very small; 3 are much larger). I've yet to see larvae or holes in my clothing; I just change empty packets for new ones every 2 months. I've recently gotten a refill plus several more packages of the Enoz lavender-scented moth ball packets. I ordered more because I found one larvae hole in an old top in one of the closets; so, I placed packets into all of my closets! No further incidents have occurred so far, and I do not expect to find any more larvae or holes: I have faith that this product will kill larvae and the moths themselves! I have only discovered one moth in the length of time that I've used this product, and it was almost dead. It didn't eat any of the clothes. I will and have recommended this product to friends and family in case they ever have a larvae or moth problem. I highly recommend it to all who are reading this review!

Love them...
Just know you'll probably have to check them in 6 months bc they do disappear. Also wish the packaging wasn't plastic. Paper?

Urinal Cakes, Anyone?
I haven't seen any moths since I put these in the closet and bathroom but both rooms now smell like a men's room... I would actually prefer the scent of regular mothballs even though it's disgusting to this urinal cake smell.
