Seems to work pretty good!

I've used this product before (about 3 bottles). It works to help maintain weight loss with a low carb lifestyle. I don't use it every day; only when I eat something with a lot of carbs ( a cheat meal). With living the Atkins lifestyle I've noticed that I do not gain weight when eating a high carb meal. I don't think this is intended to substitute as a low carb diet.

I tried this product before. Picked it up at CVS. It works amazing. I had a cheat with Carmel cheddar popcorn ( not recommended but so yummy) anyway I was fully expecting to he throw out of ketosis. I was surprise the next morning I was still in ketosis and that night.

The best carb blocker I have tried. Its worth the money. I am doing Keto and use these for my cheat meals when I can. I tired another one but I felt like it didn't work. This one is amazing. I am ordering again now.

I have try this and is still trying it, but I do try to not eat to many simple cards. But I do think it helps. I will not say it will make you lose weight, but I am losing, but I am also trying to lose. But it works like all products on difference people. what works for one may not work for all. Its about try and error.
