I wondered why it said “strong”. It’s because it’s really hard. Sometimes a bit too hard. But good value for money.

I am 96 kg male, and this was Strong & Sturdy for me. Enjoyed full back massage and feeling decrease in pain. Hope to regularly use it to release pain and improve flexibility.

It’s so sturdy and nice. Very good quality. Nothing to complain.

家内が、別のメーカーのローラーを持っているので、試しに この商品を買った。 開封しての印象は、作りが安っぽい。 使ってみると、自分の体重は56kgだけど、ローラーの小さな突起は､弾力性はあるんだけど、けっこうな硬さがあるので、体重が乗ると痛い。 それで、私は足のふくらはぎが硬いので、足を乗せて使ってみても、やはり痛い。 小さな突起が多くても構わないが、もう少し柔らかい方が､筋肉をほぐす効果はあるだろう。 結局、家内の持っているローラーを借りて、使っている。 人によっては、ちょうど良いと思う人もいるだろうけど、自分には 合わなかった。こうした商品は実際に使ってみないと分からないので､ネットで選ぶのは難しい。 日本語のレビューが無かったが、その点を確認すべきだった。
