So far so good seems to be easy to use. It seems to be durable for the price I paid. I think it’s really good. It’s much better than going to the carrier and trying to buy one. It’s very lightweight. I love it. It’s just like my iPhone 12 mini that I got from AT&T. It looks good. I love the color. Feels good smooth no issues yet the charger I can say it’s not a compatible charger. It definitely is not one that goes with the iPhone so I expect to have some type of charging issues in the future. I just have to see now if it can be activated with my carrier so I will definitely be back with an update also there was a notice in the settings stating that his battery is not a true iPhone battery therefore, it’s not compatible with this phone, so I’m sure that will also cause some type of issue but again we will see.

The iPhone 12 is still an excellent phone even today. The design feels premium and comfortable in hand, with its flat edges and solid build quality. The display is bright, sharp, and perfect for watching videos or browsing. Performance is smooth and fast for everyday use, apps run without issues, and the camera takes very clear and vibrant photos, even in low light. Battery life is reliable for a full day with normal use. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and a very dependable smartphone.

I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I think people should be warned. I’ve been through four of these phones in a couple months, and they have all had major issues from Camera not working to audio issues, and the worst of all one COMPLETELY DIED after four months. Unfortunately, the Amazon warranty is only three months. (I thought it was one year because other competitors offer that. But it does clearly say on their page that it’s only three months.) During these three months, they to completely refund you no problem or fix the issue that you report. But unfortunately the phone I kept died on month four, while I was on vacation to make matters worse. Seems like the sellers are always different stores, but all amazon approved and they follow some sort of Amazon standards for these phones. But it seems to me that these phones have really severe issues so these Amazon sellers fix the phones to a certain standard, but they are not in good condition. All the sellers are polite and responsive, but the issue is the actual phones and their conditions. Even though these phones are used, they are not cheap, they should function properly. I’ve been an Amazon customer for years and I really haven’t had any issue with them. That was the reason why I decided to buy the used phone on Amazon instead of a competitor. But this is truly disappointing to the point that I think I’m going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. They should not be selling phones in this condition. FULL STORY Phone 1: iPhone 12 mini (Ordered good condition ) Received Mid October Seller: Kojak sales When I receive the phone physically it seems fine. But as soon as I put a case on it, a lot of little pieces of paint started coming off of it and then you could tell it had a lot of scratches on the case so somebody was trying to cover the scratches, then I put a screen protector on it, and after trying to I could not get rid of a humongous huge bubble, took a third of the screen. So some thing was hinting to me that the screen was not straight. In my opinion, the phone shouldn’t have been sold as good condition with so many scratches but since I don’t care about the look as much as functionality, I move forward. But then, after a few weeks of using the phone, I realized things were not working properly. The camera was very slow at taking pictures if it was dark or if you were using inside the message or WhatsApp. Also, if I received a text while listening to videos or video calls, the speaker would suddenly gets super low, and I could barely hear the video for about two minutes . (usually this lowering of audio feature happens only for five or 10 seconds). This was worrying me so I contacted the seller and told him I wanted to change the phone and he said no problem. Since I was still thinking that this was bad luck, but in general, I liked the iPhone 12 I decided to buy another phone as a replacement, and one more phone as a Christmas gift. I’ll explain below the problems with those phones, but since the problems were actually worse than the current first phone I had in my possession, I never gave back this phone. I kept thinking that maybe the issues would get better with update and also, in my mind, I thought I had a year warranty. Unfortunately, in February while away on vacation the phone one morning, simply never turned on again. My dad is an engineer and he tried helping me connect it to computer and nothing it’s like the battery is no longer connected. I’m sure you can imagine the horrendous time I had the following week without my phone., traveling.. Things got worse when I got home and was able to contact the seller. I then discovered the warranty was only 90 days and that date had passed. After some back-and-forth the seller Kojak sales said they can fix it for $39 and I pay for shipping. I have still not done this since I’m skeptical and don’t understand how they can give me a price if they don’t even know the actual problem or if they need parts. But I really have no other option, or I lose $241 or I pay $60 more. (also, I have to figure out how to erase the phone from a PC if the phone doesn’t even turn on. I’m sad I’m gonna lose all my pictures from the last four months) After I send them the phone, I will update this review. -Phone 2 and 3- iPhone 12 mini (Ordered good condition ) Received Mid begging of december Seller: Wilzee So one of these phones was supposed to be replacement for my phone and the second phone was gonna be a Christmas gift. But the first one was so scratch that I didn’t even set it up and I gave it back, no problem and the other phone after giving it as a gift, a little embarrassed with all the scratches, we set it up and realized the camera did not focus at all so I also gave this phone back and received a refund no issue. -4th Phone- iPhone 12 mini (Ordered EXCELLENT condition ) Received mid January Seller: PDI Mobile This phone did actually look really good in the outside barely any scratches. I was very happy with the look. But after setting it up again, the camera could not focus so we contacted the seller and sent it back and they fix the camera then after a few weeks of using also, it has audio issues. We’re looking at social media videos suddenly that audio lowers a lot. Since at this my 1st phone died suddenly we decided to give this 4th phone back. I don’t wanna take any chances since the quality of the phones is clearly not good. I don’t expect an issue with the refund. But I will update this review if I do.

It’s a great phone! For an older model. I bought this phone for a friend of mine as I currently have the black IPhone 12 mini. It’s a great phone very comfortable and reliable great charging and fast. Easy to use with apps and everything else. It’s definitely worth the price. It fits easily in the hand. And it’s durable as long as you have it in a case

I was honestly expecting this purchase to be a bit of a gamble, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The iPhone arrived in like-new condition—no scratches, no performance issues, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. The screen is bright and clear, the phone feels solid and durable, and it charges quickly. I also appreciated that it came fully unlocked, which made setup with my carrier easy and hassle-free. Another nice bonus: I had multiple color options to choose from, which isn’t always the case with refurbished phones. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the battery doesn’t hold a charge as long as a brand-new phone, but it’s still more than usable for a full day with moderate use. If needed, a battery replacement down the road would still make this a great deal overall. If you’re looking for a quality replacement iPhone at a great price, this is probably the best option I’ve come across. Definitely recommended!

Yes, I still have an iPhone mini. Did I have to increase the text size almost all the way? (Maybe) Am I old? (Also, maybe) Does my old phone case still fit this refurbished phone? (YES) lol...I needed a quick replacement when my old iPhone died. Fortunately, I was able to find this phone, which was basically the same one I used to have but upgraded in storage capacity. Now, I will say- I think this is an iPhone thing because my old 12/13 minis would overheat a lot and this one kinda tries to do the same, so watch out for that- I just take the case off and let it chill for a bit. The batter lasts a long time, the condition of the phone was as listed! Set up was easy, it actually arrived with a screen protector already on it too. If you're needing a reliable refurbished phone, look no further!

this phone was good for a couple of months and the condition was great when i received it. the phone actually came with a screen protector preinstalled which was a bit odd. the camera mechanisms no longer work it has trouble focusing and i genuinely cannot take an un-blurred picture anymore. i looked into this and (fair warning before you make your purchase) apparently this is a common malfunction in iphone 12.

I was searching for a lower cost alternative to a brand new iPhone but was afraid of a refurbished phone: off brand screens, unusual damage or problems with the board seem common with such devices. But the Amazon renewed claimed the vendors are held to high standards and the vendor had great reviews so I took a chance. I ended up with a used phone in excellent condition exactly as claimed in the ad. Some small marks around the camera bezel, a clearly dusty speaker grill and a couple tiny marks on the bottom edge are all the issues with the phone physically. Totally acceptable to me. The device has all original components. No comments in the About menu indicating a third party or repaired screen for example. The battery life is only 83% so this also indicates its original. That’s maybe the only downside to this phone and again, acceptable. Everything seems to work very well and it’s so much better than my old phone without breaking the bank ($1500 for a phone?!?) I would highly recommend the following when buying a used phone: make sure it’s in the Amazon renewed program, check the particular vendor and their reviews (some have like 50% satisfaction! Brutal) and then when you get it immediately inspect and check for off brand components (google it). If you find them consider returning it. If you do the above I think you will be happy.

Llego a tiempo. Mas o menos empacado. Me extraña que ni una nota de agradecimiento del vendedor viniera dentro. Envuelto en una bolsa de plástico y sin protector para la pantalla y dentro de una cajita. Con su cargador y cable genéricos de buena calidad. La pila la tiene al 89% lo cual es bueno. No tiene ni un rasguño estéticamente hablando. El tamaño es cómodo para escribir y para hablar. Se actualiza al iOS 18.3 que trae muchas novedades. (Brinque del 7 al 12). Lo único que note es la bocina en cuanto pones música suena un poco bajo y si subes el volumen se distorsiona ligeramente. No gran problema. La cámara funciona perfecto. El video me encantó porque está muy vivido, si estaba acostumbrada al iPhone 7, que aunque tiene muy buena cámara, los videos definitivamente son perfectos ahora! Pase los datos del 7 muy sencillo, tarda un poquito pero tengo todo en el 12. El costo fue bueno, aproveché un buen descuento y estoy contenta con la compra por Amazon. Vamos a ver cómo se comporta de aquí en adelante. — Ya un año de uso y sigue perfecto. Se sigue actualizando y de pila bien. Muy buena compra!

Pues llegó todo bien con 80% de pila, no tienen ningún detalle, y con el cargador original, pero lo esperaba con un poco más de pila porque era el de mas alta calidad de reacondicionados.

I would give this company a "0" star rating if possible. The only good thing is that it is the cheapest option for an iphone going, but it is a complete gamble. I of course saw that there were an overwhelming amount of one star reviews (oh-oh). But there were also a number of satisfied customers... So I rolled the dice and ordered the phone. I ordered a blue iphone 12 mini/256g. When it arrived I was thrilled because asthetically it was flawless. No scratches, no dings or chips. I thought "yes, I got a good one". Then I turned it on...still no problem... then I made a call... NO SOUND!! The ear speaker was dead. Speaker phone worked but I was not going to keep a phone that required speaker phone or bluetooth accessory to hear. Half the function of a phone is hearing... it is 50/50 ...speaking/hearing. I was sent a phone that was 50% broken. So I returned it- I will get back to that nightmare soon. I took a gamble and ordered a second phone. I figured I would eventually get one that worked if I kept ordening phones. The second phone came all dinged up and a big scratch in the screen. In the case I bought it was not very noticable though. The battery was 78% which sucked, but the company amazingly refunded me 10% (which is less than a new battery, but it is still working fine at 78% for now). Anyhow, the phone functions fine...good pictures, face recognition works...etc. So, I got a $350 iphone...but it looks and functions like a $350 iphone. But I am happy with it as I don't do a lot with it anyways. It serves its purpose. Back to the returned phone. The company was brutal. Gave me the runaround for weeks trying to get a refund out of them. Here is what I learned, so read up and save yourself some time. When you message the company that there is an issue they have 48 hours to respond. You have to do this once at least. Ask for a refund and tell them you are not paying for shipping. They will ignore you of course and only ever address your questions in an inadequate fashion close to the end of the 48 hours. Here is the key...Amazon A to Z can't help you if there is a help request put out that they have not answered. So they are vague on purpose to get you to ask another question. They will do this indefinitely without issuing a refund. I sent the phone back to the company and had to get Amazon A to Z to cover the cost because the company did not pay shipping for a broken phone they sent me. I tracked the package through Canada Post. The company had possession of the return for a month and would not refund my money. Don't play the game...stop sending them messages that they can sit on for 48 hours. Once the date passes that Amazon can step in, stop talking to this corrupt company and go right to Amazon A to Z for help. All in all, you may end up with a cheap phone that works half decently, but if you have the funds available, buy from a better seller. Pay a little more and get a better phone. If you like the cheap option, don't let them rip you off. They have to pay to return a broken product and don't let them string you along for a refund. If it is clear that they are not going to issue a speedy refund, contant Amazon A to Z and open a returns investigation. That is your only way to get your money back from these crooks. Good luck!
