This is the 2nd one purchased in about 3 1/2 years and it is wonderful. It is keeps very good time plus is very quiet. Battery life is very good...batteries lasts a long time. The original came with its own hook for hanging. My only suggestion would be if the hook is still provided do not use it. The reason this is the 2nd clock?? The original was on the floor this past weekend...broken glass...in pieces...hook and all. No idea why that happened after such a long time...live in Ohio so not an earthquake zone, no kids to interfere with it on the wall...no clue. I am thrilled it was still available for reorder b/c it is perfect for my needs and I really like it. Guaranteed I will be using a much better hook that I KNOW can not/will not come off the wall...ever!! :)

We love this clock! Very classic look and accurate time.

Smooth running hands, no loud tic toc. Good looking face and perfect size. It may not matter to most, but I appreciate the correct Roman “4”. If a clock or watch has the wrong “IIII” I won’t bother.
