It comes with 4 grips. 2 black, 2 blue. You can either have two different colors on different controllers or have your blacks on the right analog stick and the blue on the left. It's great when someone in your family is dyslexic and they have a hard time with left and right. You can say "blue or black stick" :)Edit: It's definitely worth getting because it also preserves the grips that are already on the controller. They don't wear down as fast.

Works great on PS4 controllers--I use them regularly with it. I also use it on PS3 controllers. I tried it on my Wii U game pad but it didn't really work (stick isn't long enough to accommodate the added bulk of the cover, which caused it to rub on the controller at full tilt).
