Works well but tip should be a little shorter.
The lifter puller worked fine bur GM could have helped with their design of the 454 engine. Since the holes for the pushrods are not large enough to remove the lifter and therefore will not allow the lifter puller to go through I had to do is remove the tip of the lifter puller insert the handle and rod through the pushrod holes then screw the tip back on without dropping the ball bearing the expands the lifter puller tip. Guess what? The lifter puller tip is longer than the space so it bottoms out before the lifter comes out. But getting it that far was worth the effort and the cost. The last quarter inch on all of them required twisting an pulling but it all worked out.
