You mould the trays to your teeth by holding them by the tab in hot water for approx. 5 seconds to soften it Step 1: Boil some water and pour it in a clean dish and allow to cool for 30 seconds Step 2: Hold the tray by the tab and submerge in hot water for 3 to 5 seconds to soften Step 3: Place the softened tray into your mouth and bite down whilst at the same time pressing it against the front of your mouth with your fingers Step 4: Remove the tabs and mark the tray for the set of teeth it has been moulded to. Repeat the process for the other tray
