No, the bottle does not have a spray nozzle.

Q: does this make your tire and/or garage floor slippery?

I wouldn’t apply any such material to garage floor anyway. The tires? You apply to the sides but never the tread

The bottle pictured is the new branding. I know because I have a bottle with the old branding.

Q: can this be used on headlights and vinyl rear windows?

I would recommend a more traditional cleaner for headlights and vinyl windows.
