"Peaberry"! 🤣
Got a super nice brew after using this and Costa Rican Tarrazu, Full-City, 50-50 blend. ************ Good enough, but not one if my favs. Beans are smaller. Roasting is tricky, the cracks aren't as distinct as with others I've roasted. Pay attention to color so you don't over do it.

I love peaberry
Peaberry, being smaller, seems to to do better than regular size beans in the usually to too fast roasting popcorn air popper. Also, since they are rounder, they seem to roast more evenly and don't blow out of the popper as easily. This batch was fresh and flavorful, and you can't argue with the price compared to local stores.

Sour & Mold Tasting
I used to order this regularly when the ratings were above 4.2 stars, but something changed recently. The last bags I have ordered have been sour and mold tasting. It's undrinkable and has to all go to the trash. So disappointed.

Roasted until oily appearance begins. Best dark roast I have experienced.
