Q: What does the "hybrid" in the description mean and what is the purpose of having the earbuds detach from the cords?

So the hybrid part refers to the amount of drivers, which is two. Most headphones have one driver that covers a lot of mid range frequencies, with some low and some high. So in short you get a better sound, which I can guarantee is true. The detachable cable is for two reasons, one being durability, and two being upgradability. If your cable breaks then you can simply pull the old one out and put a new one in, which is cheaper than buying a whole new pair of headphones. There's a better cable that you can put in which is much better in my opinion. It feels a lot more capable than the one that comes with it. Hope it helps! Sorry if it was too lengthy!

Q: How long have these earbuds lasted for people? I have tried many kinds of $5.00-$30.00 earbuds and they never seem to last longer than a month or 2.

I bought these for my son several months ago. He uses them as "in-ears" for playing bass at church every week. He is very pleased with them.

Q: Will these work with Xbox one for two way chat?

I haven't used them with an Xbox, but I have used them over zoom video chat, have used them to make calls. Used them with devices that had a headphone jack and ones that required a dongle. If the Xbox uses a single jack for headsets, then these should work no problem.

Q: What accessories come with? And what comply tips would fit too.

They only come with the ear buds, cable and 3 sets of tips. Nothing extra. As for as additional tips not sure what will fit. I haven't used them much as I've only had them for less than a week, but they seem to sound good. I'll post a review when I've used them more. Sorry if not very helpful.
