This is my favorite Triphala blend on the market, improves tummy function.

It's a bit embarrassing to say my regularity hasn't been great in the past few months. Somehow, oat milk, my favorite milk substitute, appears to make me constipated even in small amounts -- a bowl of cereal shouldn't completely ruin my stomach but alas, it does -- despite containing higher fiber per serving than other alternatives. I've been now taking this supplement for a couple of weeks and I'm starting to enjoy my cereal and lattes with far more confidence. There no taste to the capsule or any after taste like, say, fish oil supplements. I started by only taking one daily as to not disrupt my already fragile system and that seems to be enough for now. The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is because something I've brought up with another of their products: the labels are very generic. There's no information at all even about the benefits of taking this. It's just the name, what it contains, and the dose to take it. Even on the product page, there's no information at all, you have to look up yourself what this is and what it may help with. Very odd coming from a company that seems to already have some reputation to live by in such a saturated market.

I have suffered from constipation for years. I've tried it all. I heard about Triphala from Dr. Andrew Weil on the Dr. Oz show. I think I understand it's herbal plant leaves discovered in India. It's the best regular supplement for constipation I've ever tried. I also really like the quality of Paradise Herbs. Thank God for Triphala.

I have been taking Triphala for a while now. It is part of my Ayurvedic lifestyle. I don't like this one as well as the Banyan Botanicals Triphala I usually take. This Paradise product is not organic. It also isn't GMP certified for ingredient quality. Although the price is lower ($12.99) compared to $22.99 for the one I usually buy, it is half the potency. One capsule is 250 mg vs. 500 mg for the other product.

I’ve been taking Triphala for a few weeks now, and this blend stands out for its quality and simplicity. It’s made with organic, wild-crafted ingredients—no fillers, no artificial junk—which is hard to find these days. I appreciate the clean, full-spectrum formula rooted in traditional Ayurvedic principles. It’s gentle on the stomach and has helped support my digestion and overall regularity. I also love that it’s vegetarian, keto-friendly, and comes in easy-to-swallow capsules—much more convenient than powders. If you’re looking for a holistic daily supplement with a trusted herbal history, this is a great choice. Clean, effective, and thoughtfully made.
