Stable 10GbE link, low latency, and consistent throughput under sustained transfers. No random drops, no weird driver behavior. Drivers were straightforward on Windows, and it plays nicely with standard SFP+ DAC cables and fiber modules. Once configured, it just runs. Transfers saturate the link when paired with proper storage and switching — huge upgrade over 1GbE. Build quality is solid, heatsink keeps it cool under load, and it doesn’t feel like a cheap add-in card. If you’re building out a 10G home lab, NAS setup, or high-throughput workstation environment, this is a dependable option.

Devices work just fine. Will buy in future!

Ordered two SFPs. Got two different models, both end of life model numbers. These are probably e-waste being sold as new. Neither recognized by system. Both completely different chipsets. Neither are functional in equipment. Returning

No issues with this SFP in Intel X520-DA2 card connecting to Cisco SFP-10G-SR-S over OM3 fiber FYI the Intel server NICs work with the Cisco twinax SFP-H10GB-CU1M cables but the Cisco 10G SFPs like the one mentioned above aren't recognized.

These are on Intel's approved hardware list for my 10g dual port Intel NICs. Other ones did not work. These work perfect.
