Balanced savouriness and for me better than most soy sauces. ( The really good ones are hidden away in Japan).

The item liquid amino suppose to be natural and zero calories the same one available in LuLu hypermarket with lessthan half price that's why there's only front picture on the site so u can't see the contains of the bottle also u cannot return it which means they knew all who purchase it will return it back total scam amazon should remove such merchants from their application

These Bragg soy aminos serve to add an umami flavor to a favorite recipe for making crispy pecans (works also with almonds, walnuts, etc.) The recipe I was given use cocoaminos, but I am allergic to coconut so went in search of another product for the same effect. I have started using this in other dishes now, such as seasoning on meats and in soups. The flavor isn't strong like soy sauce, but you know it's there because of the brightness it adds to foods.

I ordered liquid aminos and got liquid soy seasoning. I thought I got the wrong product and originally gave this one star. However, the company reached out to me and indicated that the labeling has to do with country regulations. In Canada it must be called liquid soy seasoning for some reason. After double checking the Ingredients I realize that it is the right product. I’ve used it a couple times now and it’s an excellent replacement for soy seasoning.

I use this for many meals. It is so much better than soy sauce. I think it is much healthier and definitely tastes better.

I miss this at Stop & Shops. I have only seen it at Whole Foods of late. It’s healthier than Soy Sauce and adds the same flavor. Body builders seem to love to cook with it too.
