Good sticks to practice the tricks!
This brand never seems to disappoint, not sure it’s its leather but the material is really durable, they do what they are made to do, I recommend it

Great accessory to reinforce student keeping hands up.
A common issue with training students in boxing is they let their hands drop. The sticks provide a quick reactive way for the pad holder to tap the student on the side of the head where they drop their hands. You can of course do this with focus mits, however, this is much quicker and easier on the pad holder. After a half dozen taps (I make my students wear headgear), they were much better at bringing the hands back to the chin after striking. They have the right amount of stiffness to use as mits for the strikes as well. Great product.

Good value & fun addition to workout
These are very sturdy and a fun addition to our boxing workouts. They were a great price and made well. My only problem is the hand grips are hard to hold on to when your hands are sweaty from your gloves.
