It does fit a Sterling Ray34
As other people have mentioned, the cutout for the neck and truss rod wheel could be filed a little bit for better fitment, but as-is the screw holes still line up enough to go in at an angle. If filed a little the screw holes would line up perfectly, but filing isn’t required. The pickup cutout matches the body perfectly and fit a Seymour Duncan MM perfectly (which hopefully is a standardized size).

Almost perfect, but not quite. Here’s why...
Overall, I like this Stingray pick guard. It ALMOST fits the bass, a ‘91 EB MM Stingray four string (see pic), but you do will need to do a little filing to make it fit perfectly. Also, it was a little off from what I expected in the color.Let’s start with the things that we’re good. The pick guard is solid three-layer construction as advertised. It’s covered with adhesive on both sides to prevent scratching. It arrived in perfect condition. It was the color I ordered (see below), and (nearly perfectly) fit my bass (see below).More good bits:The screw holes were the correct number, that’s a good start based on some reviews I read. They lined up well, and the cut outs for the pickup and the truss rod were good enough. Now the not so good:The cutouts for pickup and truss rod were actually a little large in my opinion, resulting in visible gaps, but I’m pretty picky. Luckily the bigger gap is below the pickup, so you don’t notice it as much. The biggest problem lies with the fit to the neck. Like many of the other reviews state, the pick guard is too narrow and hits both sides of the neck. Don’t force it, else you either break your new pick guard or you’ll scratch the hell out of the sides of your neck. Or both!!You’ll have file the neck opening on the pick guard down to make it fit. It just takes a minute, but it’s a hassle. Maybe Ernie Ball changed the widths of their neck over time? Dunno. Finally, the color is called mint green. In my mind, I pictured a light green color. What I got was off-white with the slightest hint of green (see attached pic). I don’t dislike it, but I’d call this an “aged white”, or “classic white”, not anything with green in the name.Maybe it’s because my bass is black? Maybe if you mount this on a white one it’ll look green. Luckily, I like the way it turned out. A lot. Not exactly what I expected, but cool anyway. So, for this price I got a (nearly) perfectly fitting three-layer MM Stingray pick guard that radically changes the look of my bass. I’m all for that. I may actually buy a couple more and see what other colors do to it.Four stars all the way, and RECOMMENDED as long as you’re comfortable filing it down to make it fit. If they’d fix the fit, I’d give it all five stars.

Does not fit my SUB Ray4
First of all, this is a very nice pickguard, no knocks against it at all. It's super solid and finished very well, excellent quality overall. Five stars for the pickguard!Due to the somewhat conflicting comments here about fitment on various basses, I figured I'd just go ahead and spend ten bucks to see if it fit my 2021 Sterling SUB Ray4. I saw another review that showed pictures of a pickguard fitting perfectly on a Mint Green SUB Ray4, which made me hopeful.Sadly, this pickguard does not fit my SUB Ray4. It's the right shape and size, but it appears the pickup on the Ray4 is set into the bass about 3/8" closer to the bridge than the basses this is designed to fit. This has the effect of moving the entire pickguard down by 3/8". Even when I lined up the two pickguards off the bass, I could see that the screw holes didn't all line up. I am puzzled why the pickguard fit that other reviewer's SUB Ray 4. Either his bass or the pickguard is different from mine, obviously! In the attached photos, the black pickguard is stock and the tortoishell is the Musiclily pickguard.Too bad -- the tortoiseshell looks pretty good with the walnut finish!

Had to adjust a bit (some shaving) around neck area. But not complicated.

Excellent product!
Excellent product! Love having different color options. Note: the white pickguard trust rod was cut slightly off. But for the price I will not subtract any stars.

Perfect fit for USA stingrays pre 2018
This pick guard is a perfect replacement for American built Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray basses with a single humbucker. This will NOT align with stingrays made after 2018 that have a 22 fret neck. But fits perfectly on the older 21 fret versions.

Good enough for the price
Did not exactly fit, but was able to "force" it into place and since this is low-end bass, it is good enough for me. does not affect the sound and looks good from a distance.

Looks Great and Fits Fine on USA SUB4
This is probably about as good as you're going to get for a nine to ten dollar pickguard. The quality seems fine, all of the edges where cleanly cut and it was well protected with two layers of plastic film. It is a little more flexible or flimsy than say a WD or an oem pickguard but once it screwed down you'd never know it. I did need to very slightly trim the guard at the neck pocket. That took about two minutes and then everything including the screw holes lined up fine and the guard laid down nice and flat.I've cut quite a few of my own pickguards over the years but when you can get one this inexpensively I just don't see the point anymore. This same style pickguard runs $30-40 elsewhere and I can tell you from experience there is not enough quality difference to justify that cost difference.

So Good I've Now Bought Four!
Really good aftermarket replacement pickguard. I have a 2006 MM StingRay 4H and the fit was almost perfect. The screw holes all lined up exactly, and the pickup route was spot on. The only issue I had was where the pickguard meets the neck at the neck pocket - it was a tad tight on the treble side and wouldn't fit over the heel of the neck, so required some minor filing to get a perfect fit. So far, a good product at a nice price.Update 12/08/2019: I've always wanted a StingRay with a white pickup cover, but had no idea, until very recently, that you could buy replacements from EB! So, I recently replaced the stock black pickup cover on my StingRay with a replacement white cover from EB, and it looks superb! :)With that in mind, I decided to buy another three pickguards from Musiclilly. Based on the price, and quality of the products, it was a no-brainer. I ordered a 3-ply white, a 3-ply ivory, and a 3-ply parchment. All arrived within days, well packaged, and covered with protective film. As before, the pickup route, and screw holes, all line up perfectly. As with the previous pickguard, the fit is quite snug around the heel of the neck at the neck pocket on two of the new ones, but with a slight nudge they slot into place quite nicely! :)Based on my experience so far, I'd definitely recommend these replacement pickguards, and as such I've amended my rating from 4 stars to 5 start. Excellent stuff!

Great pickguard, and will work on a RAY34 with some mods
Took a punt on this for my RAY34 KOA as I wanted to change out the stock black pickguard for a white pearl one. The cutout for the pickup is not the same (my bass didn't have the two half circles for the screws, just one continuous lip), but after a little cutting and filing, I got it to fit. The screwholes do not line-up, but because the fit is nice and tight, it stays on without needing screwing down. Probably fit some tape behind it just to make sure it stays in the long term. Overall, it looks great and was worth the punt.

Good value.
Used on an OLP, which the ad clearly states does NOT fit. After a small amount of changes it worked well for me. Good for the price.
