This a wonderful product. I wish it held more ties than it does, but it turns real fast, Love it!

It’s good if you like things organized but you need to have room in your closet for it cause it clamps to the pole. It’s easy to clamp in just read the directions and make sure you buy four C batteries for it. It’s easy to put the ties in and out and it looks good when you color coordinate it. The material is plastic it’s not super strong but not fragile either it’s in between. It works great 👍🏼 👔

Pleasantly surprised. I never leave reviews but I felt I should. I almost didn't purchase this product because of the reviews saying it was garbage. This is a small tie track that runs on C or D batteries (sorry I can't remember which) so why would you expect it to be super powerful. No it cannot hold as many ties as it claims and if you have leather belts, don't even try. I have a tie on every other peg and no belts hanging from it. I have had 0 issues with it at all. It turns as promised, it holds ties as promised(about 25-30 and you're good), it lights up as promised. I've had it since september and it hasn't broke like others claimed. The battery is getting a little weak because let's be real people, it takes C or D batteries!!! I love it and would buy it again if I had the opportunity. ( as well I wear ties 7 days a week. Thats right sometimes I literally push the button to make it move every single day of the week.) ***update*** it is March 2017, purchased in Sept 2016. Same batteries are still working from the original purchase. I use it every single day.

My wife got me this for Father's day. It works great and last a few years without needing a battery change. It was a little hard to install because my closet rod was considerably narrower than the opening in the Tie Rack so getting it to really secure took some effort. It would work great in most closets though as I've bought them for friends and family since with no issues. It's still not quite one size fits all though.

This motorized Tie Rack in indispensable! Takes less closet room and helps you locate just right tie in only seconds. Only needs a battery, but it goes for quite a while.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a replacement of previously owned tie rack of same brand. I list original one in due to hurricane Helene flooding. I had the original for over 10 years. The only inconvenience is that it attaches only to a round hanger pole. My poles are oval so I had to gerry rig a solution. It’s easy to instal and operate. It’s a good product reason why I purchased again.

The item looks nice and seems to be in good working order. The shipping box was damaged but did not damage the product. Shipping was timely as stated.
