Bought this to replace a failing HD Anywhere unit (which cost a lot more than the FOURKAY). Easy to set up and all worked first time. Linked using CAT6 cable with one extender receiver unit on CAT5e.Two other plus points - the separate audio out which I have linked to a bluetooth transmitter, and no noisy fan. The old HD Anywhere unit had a very noisy fan running all the time, until it finally gave up.So far, a few days in and I am very pleased and would recommend the FOURKAY 1x4 HDMI splitter/Extender.

The media could not be loaded. So purchased this product and all seemed fine but I was getting random pixelated images, contacted fourkay and they sent me another unit the next day! Installed this one and had the same problem, I’m an ex tv and satellite installer so checked my cables and connections which I knew were good due to my 20 years experience and I assumed the product again was faulty, Richard from fourkay sent me a number of messages and fault finding solutions, I was able to narrow the problem down to the EDID switches being incorrectly positioned due to my lack of knowledge on these settings, after trying a few different settings I found the ideal positions and all 3 TV’s are working faultlessly.Update…after a few months the problem came back and I constantly get pixilation again, garbage

We installed this for our church so the words could be displayed on three screens and online, and it works perfectly at 1080p with 30m lengths of CAT5eOn the first unit we ordered, one of the ports was faulty, but Amazon replaced it without any issue.Now it's quick and easy to set up, with a short HDMI cable connecting to the remote units, which don't need their own power.I'm really pleased with this... makes for a quick and easy HDMI distribution.

Forgot to read instructions (my bad), but the support from fourkay was swift and spot on. The solution is v.neat.. finally I can get rid all the endless extra cables, modules and splitter on the virgin box. , but worth it.Given what else is available on the market, this represents good value.

I purchased this FOURKAY 1x4 HDMI extender for use over a cat6 cabled system in my house.I have previously owned far more expensive matrix switches which allow multiple inputs. In combination with hardwired internet to each TV I use this for single input satellite TV. The mini boxes are self powered, the switch unit is small and discrete and sits on top of the set box in a cupboard. It is easy to install and it works brilliantly. I would strongly recommend.

Das Gerät kommt nur mit einem UK-Steccker. Wer einen EU-Stecker braucht muss diesen dazu kaufen und zwar 4x. Für SkyQ ist es nur bedingt taugt. Die Übertrag setzt häufig aus und das schon bei dem Sender zum TV. Support gibt es gleich keinen. Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet. Wahrscheinlich weil ich sie nicht in englisch gestellt habe. Anscheinend nimmt dieses Unternehmen den Brexit sehr wörtlich, aber wieso bieten Sie dann das Gerät in der EU an?
