How do I match the 4 to 8 0hm output impedance of the Kemo amplifier to the input impedance of 8 piezo speakers connected in parallel?

The Kemo L010 speaker appears as a 140nF +/- 30% capacitor according to an email I got from Kemo when I was trying to answer the same question as you are asking. I assumed the 4 or 8 ohm specification is reactance so I picked the frequency and calculated the reactance of the speaker and then found the series parallel combination to give me the overall load reactance.

Can this module be hooked up to the ultrasound generator module sold by the Kemo? That is, what is the input frequency range for this product?

I have it hooked to the Kemo generator, works fine. The input seems to be 20-25k hz.

The "spec" on this amplifier is 20-25KHz but there is still ample gain all the way to 60KHz.
