LUCIDLUCID Premium Rayon from Bamboo Jersey Mattress Protector - Ultra Soft - Waterproof - King,White

We have three of these protectors and they have worked great for our little one who sometimes doesn’t make it to the bathroom during the night...I posted this review since we just received our third and I finally took a closer look at the warranty procedure. It sounds like you are required to return the protector to the company in the HOPE that they will give you a refund/replacement on the protector.I paid more for these than some competitors since they make the warranty claim, but after reading the details of it I have some hesitation on buying another.I would give it 5 stars, but because of my understanding of the warranty I am giving it a 4.UPDATE: a year later and we just had pee soak right through to our mattress. Our 3 year old daughter apparently peed in our bed and laid in it for who knows how long. Upon removing the protector it is wet underneath.Very disappointed.

My 3 year old son got sick and made just the most hideous mess of his bed (need I elaborate? It was ugly.). This was the middle of the night. I practically cried with joy when I realized my wife had put this mattress cover on that I ordered the prior week!! While this mattress cover looks and feels like *soft* absorbent fabric, it is 110% waterproof. It looked so soft and light I didn't believe at first that I couldn't​ believe it would work. No scent, no dampness under it.. Perfect. Tossed it and the sheets in the washing machine (hot cycle, extra detergent) and it washed up great.

I needed a inexpensive but NICE protector to not only protect my new mattress  LUCID 10 Inch Latex Foam Mattress - Ventilated Latex and CertiPUR-US Certified Foam - 25-Year Warranty - King but also protect the warrantee as in years past a had a $2k mattress go bad 3 years in and the warrantee was denied because of one 1' drink stain.This cover is waterproof on top but not on the sides and is exactly what I was looking for as I sleep hot so I need the sides to let air into my mattress. I see no reason to buy a "cool" breathable mattress to only 100% seal it in a "bag" or cover / protector that will not let air in; In a Hotel with bedbugs I can see 100% coverage perhaps, but not needed at my house as again my mattress needs air.This cover is almost as thin as a sheet. I considered the thicker quilted style mattress pad but thought I would start with this option based on price alone and glad I did.I am very happy with this product, feels just like a thin sheet, IS NOT HOT AT ALL!!! And i'm a big guy that lives on the coast in the "HOT, Humid South" so I can't have hot. Fits snug around my 10" mattress and I think would do a larger mattress with no issue but looks tight and nice like a fitted sheet on my LUCID mattress.You simply can't go wrong if you need a breathable, thin, low cost protector that will not change the "feel" of your mattress.Happy I purchased this one and at this price may just buy a new one every year but this product has a long warrantee so may be a long term inexpensive investment! I truly like this product!

This has been one of the best purchases I have made in some time.We moved and bought new bedding for the children. Three of them are using older mattresses, so I bought these covers for them. They are soft, comfortable, and cool in the Summer heat. They don't make noise or crinkle. I forgot to check for special washing instructions and simply washed them on HOT with the rest of the bedding. They're fine!I'm impressed with the quality and the price. We will be buying more for the other children to use.

I have these on our two beds to keep our mattresses clean and to help with dust/allergies. I can't say I see any difference with allergies (I doubt anything would make that big of a difference). My concerns were that they would make the bed hot and that they would crinkle. They do not make either of our beds sleep hot. I have these paired with a plush mattress topper (zen bamboo) and I never hear any crinkle noises from them, in fact I forget they are there unless I take off the topper. Highly recommend!

Five stars for now. No major spills so may update later.Criteria 1. noise 2. function 3. designNoise is minimal. No crackling and plastic bag sounds.I tested it with a small glass of water before putting my regular sheets on. Works. But I got it to ensure the crazy new rescue cat doesn't mess up my mattress. Meaning, the big test is yet to come. Will update if that ever happens. I sure hope not.Design is where I wish I could take a half star off. The elastic isn't terribly strong and so it was a bit of a tussle to get the sheets on properly without pulling the Lucid pad out of place.

For the price I didn't expect much of it but today it saved our child's mattress from a major sippy cup spilage! It is very thin basiclly a thin layer of plasic toped by a very thin layer of jersy and the borders are mesh. The first night or two the plastic was noisy but then its quiet.I would defintly by again.

Es muy delgado y al moverte hace demasiado ruido, si es impermeable pero el plástico que lo hace impermeable es el que hace que sea ruidoso.

Suena algo al acostarse o moverse y es medio incomodo, como si tuvieses un plastico debajo, no es acolchonado. La verdad crei seria de mucha mejor calidad.

Es un producto que se ajusta a todos los tamaños de de la base y del colchón, cuenta con un elástico que se amolda a todo el colchón, el material de cubierta al principio hace pensar que regenera calor pero es muy como, lavable en máquina o lavadora, excelente producto.

El producto llego antes de lo previsto, lo agarre con promoción con un gran precio.Se amolda perfecto a mi colchón, no se mueve y lo protege del polvo, manchas y otros accidentes que se puedan presentar. Fue una gran compra y quedó muy satisfecha con el material, precio y entrega.
