Good cleaner without any residue
I bought this because we just had Forbo vinyl sheet flooring installed and this was one of the cleaning products suggested by the manufacturer for regular cleaning. It did arrive with the seal broken like others mentioned. I was leery of using it on my brand new floors, but I emailed the seller and they assured me that they have been in contact with Forbo about the weak seals and that it is indeed authentic and fresh. So I went ahead and used it and have done so several times now. It cleans vinyl perfectly without leaving any residue at all. I use it on my Shaw vinyl in the kitchen, too, with good results. Make sure you rinse after using it. I use a "damp mop" which I also bought on Amazon and I love it.

Leaves floor looking clean
This product was recommended by the flooring company that installed our new Marmoleum floor. It smells clean, and leaves the floor looking great!

Use on Farbo Floors Wow
I had neglected to put any finish on my new Marmoleum kitchen floor for 5 years. Recently thoroughly cleaned it and put 2 coats of this product and holy cow. The floor didn’t look this good on day one. It’s been 6 months and still looks great. Oh yeah, I have a dog.

Forbo for Marmoleum Flooring
This cleaner is the BOMB!!!! And I mean this a great way. I have a marmoleum floor and the cleaners that I thought were good for my (kitchen) floor were okay to use until I used Forbo. It does what it says it does including cleaning very good most importantly, NO streaking! Thhis will be THE ONLY product I'll ever use on marmoleum flooring. Thanks Forbo!

a new packaging?
The last time I ordered this, I got a spray bottle and the contents were not the concentrate I was expecting, but much diluted. The directions are to spray directly on floor, then wet mop. It works OK, but uses so much more product that it is much more expensive. I'd rather get the concentrate, but I don't know how to tell which it is from the Amazon description. Not 100% satisfied.

great floor cleaner!
love this floor cleaner. gets my marmoleum clean and there is no cleaning chemical smell at all. i love that! we have young boys and i feel like this cleaner neutralizes the overspray like no other. i used to use vinegar but this is my go to now. love it.
