Very satisfied
Very fast. Quite impressed. Windows load on this desktop from my HP Pavillon which is also SSD.very smooth.small issue on wifi dongle not present but after contacting seller it was solved very quickly.Bought it for children and it does the job very well.they can also play games with it.

Brilliant for the price
This is a very good, fast PC. For the money paid, I'm over the moon with this PC. It was so easy to set up and has worked perfectly for some time now without any problem at all. I would definitely recommend this. I use it for everyday home computing.

Works straight out of the box
I was a little sceptical, but my pc worked straight out of the box perfectly. I wouldn't say it was thoroughly cleaned and I need to remove collection of dust from inside the fan areas, but was fine.The wifi USB dongle didn't even last the day before burning out, but still has the ethernet connection which is still working well.Well worth the money but bear in mind, Windows 11 doesn't like this particular model/processor type.

Great price if you get the better model!
PC is a bit dusty inside, and had two different, although compatible ram sticks. Booted fine, but took quite a while to update. I've updated to 16GB ram with another 2 4GB sticks. Everything seems fine so far. You might be able to run older games with a video card upgrade, but you wont fit anything big in the small case, and the limited power supply. I actually got a 7020 model which is a 2014 version, and supports better video. Note, it will not support W11, but that's not an issue for me. No difference in CPU, but a more up to date motherboard. Reasonable selection of ports, but no HDMI, so I'm using VGA. There are two displayport ports, so I presume it will run dual monitor set ups.Updated to 4 stars from my original 1 as description is now correct.

It was just what I wanted
It turned up and worked straight out of the box. Super fast I a really happy.

Good all round PC
Good value for money. Okay performance for light gaming. However is very difficult to upgrade as the form factor is so small and SATA pins are very delicate.
