confused
why is this item sold to UK customers - the powerplug and cord is not compatible

Terriable product, does not work
I bought this product before they put the Swiss Made on the front of the product but it is the same product, I double checked my order historty. I bought this to use in my bathroom. After a few day I noticed it had not collected any water, I was pretty surprised, I decided to try it out in my basement where my large dehumidifer collects a large chamber of water daily. I sat them next to eachother to see what would happen. I checked my large one the next day, it was blinking that I had to epty the reservior, while the Pohl Schmitt had barely a few drops in it. Highly disappointed especially with all the raving rewiews.

Best Dehumidifier For Small Room!
This is the BEST dehumidifier for a small room !!! I use mine in my reptile room because I have desert dwelling reptiles that need very low humidity and well I live in Florida and the humidity is crazy! I am over the moon happy with how incredibly well this machine works!!!The noise level isn't anything and sounds like a fan ! I have zero complaints about this machine and I HIGHLY recommend!

Must have if you live in a humid place!
This is a good size for a small room or bathroom. I was shocked at how amazing this little thing is! We live in a place where everything in our house is prone to mold due to the moisture... and let me say this dehumidifier catches all the moisture! The first night I got this, I had it on for less than 12 hours and I was shocked at how much water it collected. Makes sense now why our stuff catches mold easily.The noise level on this is super quiet, can’t even tell it’s on. We let this run all night & sometimes during the day, but we do let it rest for a couple hours in between runs.

Good Product Great Customer Service
This is my second one of these, the other one I've had for about 2 years. They work great for small rooms in my basement. This one stopped working after about a month, not sure why. It just kind of stopped. So I contacted them and they were so nice. They sent me a new one for free and wanted to make sure I was satisfied as a customer.
