I ordered a Medium youth black it came exactly the way the pic showed, fits perfectly, my son is super excited for this football season. I even called to verify my purchase the customer service was A1! i will be ordering from them again thank you!

Le quedó muy grande a mi niño, y al momento que querer cambiarlo por una talla más chica no existe la opción de cambio solo la opción de devolución y eso no era lo que yo quería.

Charged twice with no facemask
I love the helmet but I was charged twice and when I finally got the helmet there was no facemask with it I will be contacting the supplier hopefully to get myself a facemask update the number is discontinued and there is no website unfortunately so I will have to return if there is no contact soon I do like the helmet though.

We received the helmet with no face mask. Return the helmet and have not received my money back yet…still waiting for my refund

Sizing is off. How can to replace this medium for a small?
The sizing is way off, how can I contact the buyer to replace this medium for a small. This medium looks like an adult how big it is. They didn’t leave a way to contact them, and Amazon is only giving me the option to send it back and a refund after 30 days. My son needs it now.

Missing Facemask
Received the helmet for my sons Xmas present. Got the helmet and chin strap with no facemask !!!!

Not what I expected
This helmet is white and has a gray face mask. Nowhere in the description could I find that the face mask is gray. In all pictures, the face mask pictured is also black. While the helmet itself is what I wanted, I needed a helmet with a black face mask. So now I have to spend even more money to find a replacement face mask that is black, which is what I thought this was.
