Good, soft and resistant
We bought this ball to practice, the ball says indoor only, but we use this ball on the beach and outside playing over hard surface, and no problems at all, the material is very soft and resistant.

For beginners this is slightly less sore to your hands than the heavier ball. Softer than cheaper ball too.
