It is solid and sturdy. The soft seat is a great addition. No concern of safety when using it.Caution: When emptying the bucket, hold the handle and the bucket both when transporting and flipping over. When transporting it will easily tip. When emptying and cleaning, the handle can flop when you least want it to.

I’ve given this commode a 3 star review due to the smallness of the “chair”. Yes, I should have paid more attention to the measurements. The commode cushions are comfortable & the side arm up & down mechanism is great for transfers.

I am extremely pleased how this company has 99% of the Commode assembled, the only part I had to attach was sliding the back rest into position and click, it's Done ! .Both arms can be raised and lowered by pressing a red button. Very well made. Commode is for my 93 years of life mama, placed near her bed for night 🌙not having to walk through the hall to get to toilet. I also recommend the bucket liner's , pull out and toss in garbage. 5 star's, 2 Thumbs up 👍..... TY NOVA

One arm collapse whenever I put pressure on it. Set screw tightening did not fix the problem. ALSO the seat is NOT attached very well and the seat pops off if you put pressure around the seat edge. Made for long legged people. I am 5'9 and my feet dangle with the chair at it's lowest setting. NOT FOR QUADS & PARAS DOING SIDE TRANSFER INTO WHEELCHAIR.

In an unforeseen medical circumstance, and as in this case for the newly handicapped, provided the comfort and as indicated, the self-respect for the patient.

Although my husband has yet to use it, physical therapists have been able to help him practice transferring. They agree that this is easy to use, good-size opening, handy arm rests, good padding, all-around sturdy.

where are the instructions for use and the poop tray?

Perfect for my elderly Mother. Would be awesome if there was one on wheels w/ locks for those who have trouble walking.
