We have had a ton of trouble finding a dog bed that wasn't hideous and cheap looking. This bed is the real deal! It is very sturdy and was easy to assemble. It looks very sleek and modern, and thanks to the non-skid stickers we put on the feet, it doesn't go flying across the nice hardwood floor every time our dog jumps out of bed. We have already had it for a couple of months and we are really happy with it!

The medium is great for my 10lbs yorkie mix. I already had a bed that was msrketed as 30×20.5 inches and it fit perfectly. Easy assembly, took me 25 mins. There are things to consider but overall assembly was not an issue. Well packaged. It is very sturdy and great looking. I opted for this instead of a pet sofa because those get worn out quickly and cannot be easily cleaned. With this you put any kind of bed you want. It should be a bed, not just blanket as it has slats like for a regular human bed. I use it in the living room as dog is not allowed on her couch. Now she has her own. Bonus: I can use it as footrest if she is not around. It's sturdy enough! Love it. I got it for 55 but even 70 would be worth it in my mind. Looks like it will last if you've trained dog not to chew on wooden furniture edges.

We've never allowed our dog on our bed (55 lbs is a bit large, even with a king). Instead, she's had various dog beds on the floor nearby. Of course, she didn't consider these "real" beds, and tried to sneak into bed with us every few weeks or so for years, only to be sent back to her bed. We periodically checked out raised beds, but didn't like the looks of any of them. Finally, I saw this bed, which actually looks like a piece of furniture! We ended up getting it and the accompanying pad. As soon as she saw it, she hopped right in and looked supremely satisfied. She has happily slept and napped in it for several months now. Highly recommended.

I have two small dogs. This is the perfect size for one. This product is so nice I purchased two. Very strong wood like material. Goes with espresso furniture well. It also has a great lift off the ground.

This platform bed looks very nice compared to the "traditional" pillow-dog bed on the market. The bed was also fairly easy to assemble. A negative is that the bed slides around on hardwood floors when my dog gets on / of the bed. The MAIN ISSUE that the wooden edges of the dog bed are too sharp. My dog injured herself on one of the corners when she ran into it - surprisingly I never noticed how sharp they were until this happened. I have since disassembled the bed and went back to the boring (but safe) traditional type of dog pillow-bed. This may not be an issue for everyone, but it turned out to be an issue for me (or rather my dog).

We wanted to spice up the look of the living room and office and the various dog beds on the floor needed a little help. I was going to invest in a a custom made dog bed frame, but the price for two was prohibitive. This one was basically what we were looking for and we already had two jumbo sized FurHaven beds, so it would be perfect. The only problem was that they only had the bamboo color, which matched literally nothing we had. I looked all over for the walnut color, then decided to just purchase some press on wood print film in the color that we needed. It had the distinction of being a "one of the better made, assemble yourself" pieces of furniture. Even if was only for the dog. All the holes were pre-drilled well. The veneer looked great, even if it wasn't a color that I wanted. All the screws and bolts were present with a few extra, just in case. The only issue is that it's a bit high. An arthritic dog may struggle with something like this. Really was a great buy.

It comes completely disassembled. Every little piece has to be put together. I’m SO tired of ordering stuff that has a lot of small pieces that have to be screwed, bolted, or nailed together. When I opened the end of the very heavy box and saw all that mess, I closed it back up and shipped it back. Not worth it to me.

Unfortunately, this platform bed doesn’t look the same as the photos. It looks like a matte finish bamboo color in the photos, it’s actually plywood with a shiny covering on the pieces to make it look like textured wood. The feet are covered in a VERY shiny sheet that is a different color, more light yellow than the rest of the piece. I’m pretty good at putting furniture together and honestly usually enjoy it, this was a difficult piece to put together. You have to put the whole thing together, it’s such a simple design that it really should come with the main piece already pieced together and then the user screw in the legs. The screws are also exposed on all sides, no stickers came with it to cover them like with most plywood furniture. I think I could have found something better quality at Home Goods for the same price. This piece’s quality is definitely not worth the price tag, which totally saddens me to say!

My 2 babies love their new bed, jumbo size fits my 2 Basset hounds perfectly! Large would have been to small for 2, but maybe big enough for 1.
